The Dura-Gold 8" Hook & Loop 100% Wool Buffing Pad is a single-sided cutting and polishing pad. The inner edges of the pad are reinforced with a curved plastic backing, ensuring smoother polishing and a longer pad life.

This heavy-duty wool polisher pad is designed for cutting, buffing, and polishing with compounds, polishes, and glazes. It can be used to buff oxidized paint, orange peel, deep scratches, color sanding scratches, and hard topcoats and clearcoats. The pad is suitable for buffing and polishing a wide range of coatings, including automotive paints and marine boat epoxies.

The pad features a grip attachment that allows it to be used with hook and loop backing plates up to 7 inches in size. Separate hook and loop backing plates are available (# DUR BP-701).
